WE DESIGN FOR THE REAL WORLD
Our mission is to create unique products using modern manufacturing and design tools. Just like the artisans of old, we make everything ourselves in our workshop. We research appropriate materials, prototype the design, engineer the tools and molds, create any necessary processes, and mass produce.
Our studio is 3D, 2D, and IRL
We make our products in a variety of software and sometimes the old fashion way – by hand. Our manufacturing capabilities include injection molding, 3D printing, and computer controlled milling.
Design In The Everyday World
Our Robots
We have a small staff of robots to assist with the creation of all prototypes and finished products. They are a CNC 4 axis mill, a Formlabs Form 3 printer, a Graphtec CNC cutter, and a CNC embroidery machine.
Our Materials
We create in various types of plastic including, but not limited to, thermoset plastics, resins and acrylics. We also work with other studios to cast metals and weld.
